About Birch & Waite
Birch & Waite has celebrated Australian produce through our authentic, chef quality recipes loved by professional kitchens and home cooks.
Since 1986, Birch & Waite has been making fresh chilled mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, relishes and desserts that professional chefs trust. We made Australia’s first traditional whole egg mayonnaise and by 1990 our products were on international airline menus. Along the way we’ve been named a BRW Top 50 Most Innovative Company and won the Chefs Decision Award for Australia’s best mayonnaise.
That spirit of innovation is still what drives us and our next chapter is our biggest yet. New acquisitions have taken us well beyond sauces and dressings, and we are building a brand-new site with more room for our people and our boldest ideas.
