Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Support. This role will provide essential support across all departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget tracking is desirable.
