As a pivotal member of our organization, you will assume a critical role in overseeing insurance portfolios, managing renewals, and ensuring the efficient resolution of claims. Beyond mitigating financial risks, you would be reviewing contracts and providing some contract administration services. This position would also collaborate closely with injury & incident management, and return-to-work process involved.

Your Role

As the Quality, Risk and Compliance Officer at AMBICO, you will spearhead efforts to fortify the organization's financial stability and operational resilience. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass Risk Management, Insurance Policy Management, Record Management, and Administration within the labour hire sector.

We Require

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
Must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in insurance management, claims resolution.
Driven and ambitious
Contracts administration (nice to have)
Knowledge in return to work coordination (nice to have)
