About the Role:

As a CSM, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing essential administrative support to our financial advisers. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in gathering the information required to create financial plans and managing the administrative tasks involved in implementing advice. You'll also be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel confident and well taken care of throughout their journey with us.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients through effective communication.

Ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of investment strategies and financial plans.

Collaborating with our financial advisers to deliver high-quality financial advice that exceeds client expectations.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, bright, and detail-oriented. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a polished and professional demeanour, will be crucial in providing exceptional client service. Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative and anticipating the team's needs.

Proficiency in following established processes while also contributing suggestions for continuous improvement.

RG146 compliance and a minimum of 12 months' experience as a CSM.
