The Opportunity
We’re expanding our manufacturing team in Dandenong South, Victoria, and are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled assemblers, fabricators, and production operators. Whether you’re assembling our top-tier windows and doors or prepping materials using upcut saws and steel guillotines, you’ll play a key role in bringing our high-quality products to life. This full-time role starts with hands-on experience, helping you get comfortable with our processes before you upskill into more advanced assembly and machinery operation.

What You’ll Do
- Craft uPVC windows and doors to exact specifications, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Cut, drill, trim, and shape materials using both hand tools and machinery.
- Install essential hardware like locks, handles, and hinges with precision.
- Operate various machinery, such as saws and drills, to assist in the assembly process.
- Uphold quality control standards, ensuring every product is ready for final inspection.
What We’re Looking For

Education: A High School qualification (Year 10+) is preferred, with trade certification being a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with uPVC or aluminum window and door fabrication is a bonus.

Skills: Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is a must. Understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing is crucial.

Literacy: Basic reading and writing skills are required.
