Employees can access the EAP service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring support is available whenever a crisis or need arises. Support is offered through confidential in-person or telephone counseling sessions, providing flexibility and immediate access to professional help.
An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides confidential support services designed to help employees navigate personal and work-related challenges that may impact their wellbeing and performance at work. These programmes are beneficial for both employees and employers.

The EAP is provided in partnership with HealthHero and the standard option is included in the Employment Unlimited package. Employers can also include EAP as add-on to other packages at £6 per employee per month (min. £60 p/m) or upgrade to the EAP Premium package for as little as £2 per employee per month as an Employment Unlimited customer.
