For employees, EAP offers a safe space to seek support for issues such as stress, anxiety, and personal difficulties, helping them maintain their mental and emotional health. For employers, providing EAP services can lead to a more engaged, productive, and loyal workforce, as it demonstrates a commitment to employee wellbeing, helping reduce absenteeism and turnover.
The EAP is provided in partnership with Symbio by HealthHero and the standard option is included in the Employment Unlimited package. Employers can also include EAP as add-on to other packages or upgrade to the Premium package for as little as £2 per employee per month.
