Senior Project Manager – Ambit – Poultry

Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager at Ambit, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-quality projects within the retrofit and refurbishment industry. Based in London Bridge, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry, preferably in the poultry sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
