Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Modus, based in London Bridge. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the workplace industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.

Qualifications:
