Summary:

As a Pre-Con Manager at Modus, you will play a pivotal role in the workplace industry, overseeing the pre-construction phase of projects. Based in London Bridge, this permanent, full-time position requires a mid-senior level of experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful execution of our construction projects, making you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-construction process, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and cost estimates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials and services required for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the pre-construction phase.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
