Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate site works, resources and logistics.

· Oversee the delivery of works to agreed timescales and standards.

· Carry out site visits, inspections and monitoring.

· Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.

· Ensure teams are appropriately resourced, competent and briefed.

· Support and develop Site Supervisors and site teams.

· Manage site documentation, reporting and KPIs.

· Liaise with clients and respond to queries and feedback.

· Identify and resolve operational issues.

· Support investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses.

· Ensure work is completed in line with company procedures and relevant legislation.

Essential

• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience
• Competent in the use of tablets and site-based software for recording works, inspections, and reporting
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Full clean driving licence (this needs to be in all adverts with exception of apprentice, that can just be desirable)
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Desirable

• ROLO Managers certification or equivalent.
• LISS card and PTS (where applicable).
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015, BS3998 (Tree Work), and BS4428 (Landscape Operations) as appropriate.
• First Aid at Work qualification (including Forestry First Aid where applicable)
