Desirable Criteria 

• L2+ Arboriculture or horticulture qualification 
• Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely/ROLO Manager). 
• Professional membership in connection with Level 3 qualification. 
• Experience managing multi-site operations and regional teams. 
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills. 
• Familiarity with ISO-accredited systems and CDM 2015 compliance.
