Job Title: Conversion Officer

Department: Recruitment and Business Development

Reports To: Head of Business Development

Role Overview

The UKMC Conversion Team Member is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end conversion process of candidates into fully compliant and deployable staff. This role ensures that all candidates meet regulatory, organizational, and client specific requirements while delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage candidate conversion processes from offer acceptance to full compliance

• Review and verify documentation to ensure adherence to UK regulatory and company standards

• Liaise with candidates to collect outstanding information and provide guidance throughout onboarding

• Track candidate progress using internal systems and maintain accurate, up-to date records

• Collaborate with recruitment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely conversions

• Identify and resolve issues or delays in the conversion pipeline

• Maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders regarding candidate status

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline conversion processes

• Ensure all activities align with data protection and confidentiality policies Key Skills & Experience
