This salon is operated by Lewis & Clark, a local licensee of Townhouse. While you’ll uphold Townhouse brand standards, your employment and day-to-day support come from Lewis & Clark. Ongoing development, coaching and brand direction will be provided by the Brand Lead for Lewis & Clark’s Townhouse operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive retail sales by confidently selling Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs during treatments. 
  • Deliver our signature services, manicures and pedicures, and additional nail enhancements.   
  • Infuse passion into every treatment, ensuring a luxury experience for our clients.    
  • Assisting in salon upkeep, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation, and stock replenishment.    
  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times.   
  • Stay informed about current nail trends and techniques.    
  • Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products.    
  • Actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets.  

     

Qualifications: 

  • Possess a valid certification as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapy (NVQ level 2 or similar).
  • Previous experience as a Nail Technician or a similar role.
  • Weekend availability required.
