Summary:

The Patient Support Administrator plays a crucial role in the Health & Safety sector by providing essential administrative support to healthcare professionals and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. This full-time position is vital for maintaining efficient operations within the healthcare environment, contributing to patient satisfaction and overall service quality.

Applicants must be happy to commute to Coventry office twice a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Assist patients with inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients.
  • Support healthcare staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Prepare reports and assist in the management of patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
