Job purpose

An excellent opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to become part of our growing building surveying team based in our Belfast office but working as part of the wider Ireland team, delivering a varied range of building surveying services in a commercial environment. We have an enviable client base including Dublin Airport Authority, EQT Partners and UPS. You will have the opportunity to develop professionally, building connections with clients and colleagues and have the potential to specialise in a chosen area as you progress through your career. Key accountabilities

Primarily working within the commercial sector providing a wide range of building surveying services, including but not limited to:

• Project management and contract administration
• Design and specification
• Technical Due Diligence
• Dilapidations
• Building Pathology

Performance criteria

• Identify profitable clients & service lines and take appropriate action in conjunction with Partner led goals.
• Independently produce reports, specifications, etc. for clients.
• Lead on delivery.
• Positive & regular presence on professional social media
• Coach junior team members on commercial practice: profitable business & fee performance.
• Inspire others to achieve BD/CRM weekly activity.
• Strong internal & external profile

• Contribute to hub management decisions.
• Support delivery.
• Produce fee proposals – review with Director or Senior Director prior to issue
• Actively engage in Core and encourage others to do so.
• Complete all mandatory Absorb & health and safety modules and consider opportunities for additional learning
