Paid Ads Specialist
Organisation: Team RH
Location: Gateshead Office
Reporting to: Performance Marketing Executive
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
About the Role
Team RH is a high-performance, results-driven brand built on discipline, accountability and measurable outcomes. Operating across wholesale, trade, retail B2B, direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce and export markets, marketing plays a critical role in driving traffic, customer acquisition and brand growth. The Paid Ads Specialist combines hands-on paid media execution with in-house creative design, taking ad campaigns from concept through to creative production, launch and optimisation.
You’ll design high-performing ad creative for Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms, as well as building, running and optimising the campaigns those assets sit within. The role suits someone equally comfortable in a design tool and an ads manager, who wants to see their own creative work tested against real performance data.
You’ll report to the Performance Marketing Executive and work alongside the wider Marketing department, so your creative stays consistent with everything else the brand puts out as the channel grows.

- Support testing of landing pages and funnels in coordination with the wider team.

Our Values
We Treat People Right
Everyone gets the same level of respect. Your role doesn’t change how you speak to people, or how you’re spoken to.
We Set High Standards
We are a high-performing team (Team RH) pursuing excellence for our members, and we measure ourselves against the best in the world, not just the industry.
We Don’t Have Egos
Ego stays at the door. Curiosity comes in. The best idea wins, whoever it came from — and admitting you were wrong is part of the job, not a mark against you.
We Trust Our Gut
If something feels wrong, it usually is. Raise it on instinct, then back it with data.
We Answer to the Member
Is this right for the member? That’s the question behind every decision, and it outranks every other interest in the room.
