The Role

We’re looking for a precise, process-driven Food Production Operative to support the production of our protein powders and powdered supplements. You’ll own the accuracy of every batch you work on, from the first ingredient weighed to the final sealed tub, helping us protect the quality and consistency our customers trust as we scale our in-house production.

What You’ll Do

• Weigh protein bases, flavour systems, sweeteners and functional ingredients accurately against batch sheets.
• Verify ingredient codes and lot numbers, and keep allergens strictly segregated.
• Operate industrial blending equipment to deliver consistent texture and flavour in every batch.
• Support the filling of protein powder tubs and pouches, checking fill weights and seal quality.
• Apply correct batch coding and labelling so every product is fully traceable.
• Carry out in-process checks and complete batch production records accurately.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and food safety procedures, and report any deviations straight away.
• Help with small trial batches as we develop new products.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food, supplement or powder manufacturing under GMP or HACCP systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow precise written batch instructions.
• A strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• The ability to carry out physical production tasks, including lifting.
• Reliability and good timekeeping.
