Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Information Technology Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and systems
  • Document and maintain IT procedures and processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
