Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in the Education & Training industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset. This role involves providing top-notch service to clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
