Description

The role requires a highly motivated and organised person with a genuine interest in data analysis and healthcare; someone who is detail-orientated; is adaptable and has strong interpersonal skills. It also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisted with collecting, cleaning, and maintaining care service data to support operational reporting and compliance monitoring.
    • Produced weekly and monthly reports on care hours, client visits, missed calls, and staff performance using Excel and internal systems.
    • Supported the analysis of KPIs such as visit punctuality, care package utilisation, and safeguarding incidents to identify trends and improvement areas.
    • Worked closely with care coordinators and management teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting across domiciliary care operations.
    • Helped monitor CQC-related performance metrics and maintained data accuracy to support audits and inspections.
    • Created dashboards and visual summaries to present operational insights to managers and stakeholders.
    • Performed data validation and quality checks to improve reporting reliability and reduce inconsistencies.
    • Assisted in analysing workforce data including rota coverage, staffing levels, and overtime trends.
    • Used Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts to support business reporting and decision-making.
    • Maintained confidentiality and handled sensitive client and staff information in line with GDPR and company policies.

Experience

Essential

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area.

  • Able to communicate complex administrative information to a variety of stakeholders.
