WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
TALENT SOURCING & CURATION Identify and secure a diverse range of entertainment acts aligned with brand identity and audience demographics. Maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and artists. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging talent, and cultural movements.
BOOKING & NEGOTIATION Lead negotiations on fees, contracts, and rider requirements. Manage booking logistics from initial outreach to final confirmation. Ensure all talent agreements are aligned with budget and event objectives.
EVENT PROGRAMMING Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling line-ups. Balance commercial appeal with creative innovation. Ensure programming enhances guest experience and drives engagement.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT Oversee timelines, schedules, and artist deliverables. Coordinate with production, marketing, and operations teams. Manage on-site talent liaison where required.
BUDGET & REPORTING Work within allocated budgets while maximizing value. Track spend and provide post-event analysis. Deliver insights on performance and audience response.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands the dynamics of live entertainment and talent booking.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Proven experience in talent booking, artist management, events, or a similar role.
Strong network of performers, agents, or industry contacts (preferred).
Confident negotiator with commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes end-to-end.
MINDSET & APPROACH
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a “make it happen” attitude.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to change.
Commercially minded with a focus on delivering value for clients and talent.
Collaborative team player who builds strong internal and external relationships.
Takes ownership and accountability for their work.
Ability to adapt and interest in working with different technology and processes.
BONUS (but not essential)
Experience working with booking platforms or CRM systems.
Knowledge of contracts, riders, and live event logistics.
Background in live entertainment, hospitality, or brand activations.
