AI Product Manager

sailglobal is building an AI-native People Ops product for companies operating globally. Through AI agents, knowledge bases, workflow automation, and system integrations, we are rethinking how global employment, employee onboarding, contracts, payroll, immigration compliance, and employee services work.

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager who can dive deep into business operations, understand evolving technology, and build products hands-on. Join us in creating a product that makes global employment simpler.

What You’ll Do

• Identify product opportunities in real business operations
• Redesign business workflows with AI
• Design agent experiences that get work done
• Turn knowledge and operational expertise into product capabilities
• Build and validate quickly through Vibe Coding
• Turn individual use cases into reusable product capabilities
• Track emerging technology and continuously deliver business value

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B product experience
• Empathy and clear, logical thinking
• The ability to validate ideas independently through Vibe Coding
• Strong ownership and execution skills
• Experience delivering agents or AI applications used in practice, including hands-on RAG experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI technology and product trends

Nice to Have

• Experience in HRMS, HR Tech, EOR, Payroll, immigration compliance, or services supporting global business operations
• Strong examples of product workflow design, customer experience design, or interaction improvements
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agent products
• Entrepreneurial or founding-team experience
• The ability to read technical documentation, research international products, and communicate with users in English
