Rotech is a technology-driven group of companies providing innovative products to the oil & gas, renewables, decommissioning and energy industries from our headquarters in Aberdeen.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Storeperson to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery notes or purchase orders.
Organise and store items in designated locations.

Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory management systems.
Prepare and pack goods for dispatch, ensuring proper labelling and documentation.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
Report stock shortages, damages or discrepancies to supervisor.
Ensure the store area is clean, organised and compliant with safety regulations.
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if certified) safely and effectively.
Assist other departments with material requisitions and deliveries as needed.
Carry out stock checks on workshop containers on arrival back from projects and restock.
Prepare equipment for projects.

SKILLS/QUALITIES:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory management role.
Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.
Experience using warehouse management systems.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
Be prepared to help with other duties around that workshop and yard.
