  • A strong work ethic.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

As part of RJS Hospitality Ltd, flexibility is an important part of the role. Whilst your primary place of work will be The Plough & Harrow, there may be occasions where you are required to work at another RJS Hospitality venue to support business needs, events or staffing requirements. Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible, and all team members are expected to approach these opportunities with flexibility and a positive attitude.
