Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Central London. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Bar Supervisor will play a key role in leading the bar staff, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders and controlling stock to minimise waste.
  • Create and implement innovative drink menus and promotions to attract customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets company standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the bar operations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving bar performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in cash handling and financial management.
  • A valid personal licence to sell alcohol is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
