Bar Supervisor

Your role as Bar Supervisor:

Our ideal Bar Supervisor is passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for guests. You may be either a Beer Connoisseur, passionate about cocktails or just interested in setting the bar high. You will be keen to learn from your colleagues and share your enthusiasm with them.

You will be required to prepare beverages for customers to the highest standards. You will be required to prepare all cocktails, beers, wines and coffees . You will need to ensure speed of service. You will need to be organised, quick, calm under pressure and diligent in your preparation of beverages.

Essentials:

• Extensive knowledge of Cocktails, Beers, Coffee and Wines
• Proven experience as a bartender or barista
• Exceptional customer service and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Enthusiasm for learning and sharing your expertise with the team and guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience communicating with team managers and supporting wider operational goals
• Confidence in placing orders and maintaining par levels
• Ability to lead weekly stocktake and ensure accurate reporting
• Commitment to cleanliness and organisation behind the bar at all times
• Comfortable managing the bar team during service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Awareness of stock control and minimising waste
• Willingness to support the floor team and assist in service as needed
