Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry department in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing pastry menus, managing the pastry team, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastry products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pastry menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
  • Manage the pastry team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry products
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into pastry menus
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Manage food costs and labor expenses within budgetary guidelines

Qualifications:
