Job Title: Baker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our hotel bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our guests. The Baker will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the bakery.

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

– Attention to detail

– Creativity in creating new recipes and menu items

– Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:

– Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings according to recipes

– Bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts

– Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, or fillings

– Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving to guests

– Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting

– Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
