About Pentatonic
Pentatonic is an AI technology company that builds and deploys physical AI. The business operates two divisions: retail AI solutions, and Seesa.ai, a unified organisational memory system for enterprise customers. This role sits within the Seesa division.
Seesa is live with its first customers, and a marketing campaign begins in October 2026. Customers deploy it either hosted or on their own infrastructure.
The role
We are recruiting an experienced software salesperson to take Seesa to market and grow it into a substantial revenue line. You will own new business end to end, converting inbound leads from the October campaign as well as building your own outbound pipeline, and closing across both deployment models.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, based in our London N1 office with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed agreed quarterly and annual new-business revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Respond to and convert inbound leads generated by marketing.
- Build and maintain an outbound pipeline into target accounts and sectors.
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead commercial and technical discussions with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, IT directors and heads of security.
- Guide customers through technical evaluation, security review and procurement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity records in the CRM.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, sales collateral and the developing sales playbook.
- Feed customer requirements and competitive intelligence back to the product and engineering teams.
- Represent Seesa at industry events and customer meetings in the UK and occasionally overseas.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Minimum five years in B2B software sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding new-business quota.
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to explain them credibly to a technical audience.
- Experience of complex, multi-stakeholder sales involving technical evaluation and security review.
- Confident presenting and demonstrating software to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience of enterprise contracts.
- Able to work independently in a small team where process is still being established.
- Right to work in the UK, and able to work regularly from the London N1 office.
Desirable
- Experience selling infrastructure, on-premise or hardware-dependent solutions.
- Experience selling into regulated sectors: financial services, legal, healthcare, professional services or the public sector.
- Familiarity with data residency and data protection requirements.
- Experience as an early commercial hire in a start-up or scale-up.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.
Salary
Base salary; £75,000 – £100,000 – Dependent on experience
Commission at target; £30,000 – £45,000- Uncapped, paid quarterly
On-target earnings; £105,000 – £145,000 – Year one
