Key Responsibilities

– Build and grow a personal client portfolio through proactive business development, networking, and referrals.

– Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, and protection, tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.

– Achieve and exceed AUM growth targets through strategic client management and acquisition.

– Refer clients internally to other P10 Financial service lines including tax advisory, mortgage brokerage, and corporate finance.

– Ensure all advice and activity complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and legislative changes.

– Develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and regular reviews.

– Develop introductions for financial advice through our network of introducers and with our team internally.

Key Requirements

– Level 4 qualified (e.g., Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent).

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial advice with a strong track record in business development and client retention.

– Deep understanding of investments, pensions, protection, and tax-efficient planning.

– Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and manage a successful book of business.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Strong ethical compass and commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.

– Ability to work independently while embracing a collaborative team culture.
