We’re now seeking a Senior Accountant – Portfolio Director, to lead and advise a portfolio of ambitious businesses, each with a turnover of £1 million and above. The Role:

As a Portfolio Director, you will:

– Lead strategic financial advisory for a portfolio of growth-oriented business clients (£1m+ turnover).

– Build lasting relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.

– Deliver and oversee high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services.

– Identify growth opportunities for clients and P10 alike.

– Mentor and guide a team of accountants and junior advisors.

– Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client service offering.

What We’re Looking For:

– ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

– Proven experience advising businesses with £1m+ turnover.

– A strong track record in portfolio management and client leadership.

– Commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset.

– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
