(Test) Warehouse Operative

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bradford, Yorkshire. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our retail warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfilment, and contributing to a safe and organised working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required
