🩷 About Noodle

Noodle (previously Care ADHD) began as a small team with big ambitions, and has since grown into a global organisation supporting thousands of people across the UK and India. Though our teams are continents apart, we’re united by one mission: We drive lasting change through neurodevelopmental care that is personal, clinically exceptional and easy to access.

We created Noodle because ADHD and autism shape how someone experiences the world, every day. The right support can bring more choice, more stability and more confidence – at home, at school and at work.

What drives us is simple: opening a world of possibility for different minds. Neurodevelopmental support, when done well, is one of the highest‑impact interventions in healthcare. The right care gives people more agency, more stability and the chance we all deserve: to thrive and be happy.

We’re here to make that happen for as many people as we can.

Brilliant works demands different minds. When different skills and experiences come together, something special happens.

🎯 Purpose of the Role

This is an explicitly commercial leadership role. Noodle is building an AI and data capability that can improve care, increase access and create sustainable commercial value. Our longitudinal patient data, operational insight and growing AI capability give us an opportunity to move beyond reporting and turn evidence, prediction and automation into better services, new products and measurable growth. We are looking for a genuine innovator, not simply a custodian of data. This person will find opportunities others have missed, build the commercial case, move quickly from idea to evidence, and lead the team at pace to turn the strongest opportunities into scaled products, services, better care and revenue. The role will work closely and visibly with the CTO and senior leadership team and will directly lead the Head of Data and Intelligence and the existing AI and Data team. The successful candidate will be expected to spend two to three days each week in the office, using that time to shape priorities, build sponsorship, coach the leadership team, unblock delivery and maintain momentum.

  • Own the organisation-wide AI and Data strategy, investment roadmap and value case.
  • Create and maintain a commercially focused pipeline of AI and data opportunities, each with measurable outcomes and clear ownership.
  • Develop AI and data products that improve patient outcomes, operational performance, revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Build Care ADHD’s capability in predictive modelling, responsible AI, live insight and privacy-preserving data services.
  • Lead the Head of Data and Intelligence and the existing AI and Data team as one high-performing function across the UK and Bengaluru, creating urgency, focus and disciplined delivery from opportunity through to adoption

🧭 Accountabilities

  • Commercial Strategy and Innovation:
  • Own the enterprise AI and Data strategy, translating organisational priorities into a clear roadmap, investment plan and portfolio of commercial opportunities.
  • Continuously scan the patient pathway, business and market for opportunities where AI, modelling, analytics or automation can create differentiated value.
  • Build robust business cases covering benefits, revenue potential, cost, risk, clinical safety, adoption and time to value.
  • Act as the commercial owner for the AI and data opportunity pipeline, driving propositions from concept to business case, pilot, adoption and measurable return.
  • Partner with the CEO, CTO and commercial leaders from idea through to market, ensuring initiatives end with measurable outcomes rather than prototypes.
  • Create privacy-preserving data products, evidence services and partnerships that open appropriate new revenue streams.
  •
  • AI and Data Products
  • Lead predictive and assistive capabilities across triage, pathway progression, titration response, outcomes, disengagement and demand forecasting.
  • Lead Care ADHD’s proprietary healthcare modelling capability, beginning with co-morbidity and longitudinal outcomes analysis.
  • Develop live and wearable-led monitoring opportunities with clinician oversight and proportionate clinical safety and regulatory assessment.
  • Move quickly from discovery to pilot, evidence and scale. Stop or reshape initiatives where evidence does not support further investment.
  • Build NHS, academic, research and commercial partnerships where they accelerate evidence, capability or routes to market.
  •
  • Leadership and Pace
  • Provide direct leadership to the Head of Data and Intelligence and the existing multidisciplinary AI and Data team across the UK and Bengaluru, setting a high tempo, clear priorities and strong accountability.
  • Create a delivery culture that moves promising ideas rapidly through validation and into scaled use without compromising clinical safety, quality or trust. Translate the strategy into a focused portfolio, make trade-offs quickly and remove blockers before they slow the team.
  • Build a culture that is curious, evidence-led, patient-centred, commercially aware and willing to challenge assumptions.
  • Own the relevant budget, strategic suppliers, research relationships and build, buy or partner decisions.
  •
  • Responsible AI and Governance
  • Provide executive leadership for responsible AI through the AI Governance Group and established clinical, information governance and security forums.
  • Ensure AI and advanced analytics are lawful, ethical, transparent and expected by patients, clinicians and regulators.
  • Oversee use-case and model registers, risk assessment, documentation, human oversight, performance monitoring, bias testing and drift management.
  • Ensure relevant initiatives are assessed against DCB0129, DCB0160 and medical-device requirements, with clear clinical ownership and safety evidence.
  • Shape assurance across data protection, DSPT, DTAC, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, making governance an enabler of trusted innovation. 5. Data platform and insight
  •
  • Data Platform and Insight
  • Set the strategic direction for the enterprise data model, reusable data products, analytical capability and AI platform.
  • Champion consistent definitions, data quality, lineage, observability and discoverability across clinical and operational data.
  • Ensure AI and analytical products are built on governed data products rather than one-off extracts or disconnected prototypes.
  • Work with the Head of Data and Intelligence and Engineering leadership to agree architecture, priorities, standards and operational ownership.

🚀 To Thrive in this Role, You’ll need

  • Exceptional commercial acumen, including a strong record of turning AI and data opportunities into growth, revenue, efficiency or margin.
  • Strong technical grounding across architecture, engineering, analytics, machine learning and production AI.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary and distributed teams at pace, with clear goals, strong accountability and rapid decision-making.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, data protection, model risk, human oversight, fairness and assurance.
  • Exceptional communication and influence across executives, clinicians, commercial teams and technical specialists.
  •
  • Desirable
  • Healthcare, digital health, life sciences or another highly regulated sector.
