Night Care Assistant

Evesham

£13.03 per hour plus holiday pay Full-time | 12-hour night shifts from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am | Rotas shared one month in advance

The people we support deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout the night. As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll play an important role in making that happen.

Based in our residential service in Evesham, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping to create a calm and secure environment while providing care and reassurance whenever it’s needed.

What you’ll be doing

Every night is different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalised care and support throughout the night
  • Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
  • Supporting residents who wake during the night and need reassurance
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear handovers for the day team
  • Helping keep the home safe, clean, and well organised

What we’re looking for

Experience in care is welcome, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, compassionate, and able to stay calm under pressure. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team while also feeling confident working independently during quieter hours.
