We’re now looking for Mental Health Care Workers to join our residential service in Hereford, supporting adults with mental health needs.

About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in a residential setting, helping them maintain their wellbeing, develop independence, and build confidence in their daily lives.

You’ll spend your time getting to know the people you support, understanding their individual needs, and helping them achieve personal goals while providing encouragement, structure, and reassurance.

The role may involve supporting daily routines, promoting positive mental wellbeing, assisting with appointments and activities, and helping residents maintain meaningful involvement in their community.

What we’re looking for

Experience within mental health services, support work, care, or a related field is welcome, but it is not essential.

More important is your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, remain calm in challenging situations, and treat people with dignity and respect.
