For the people who live in our residential service, a clean, safe, and welcoming environment helps them feel comfortable, respected, and at home. That’s why we’re looking for a Cleaner who takes pride in their work and understands that the little details matter.

This is a part-time role based at our residential service in Great Barr, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, including:

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, communal areas, and offices • Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules • Using cleaning products and equipment safely • Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns you notice • Helping create a pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues

What we’re looking for

• We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys keeping things clean and well presented.

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but it’s your attention to detail, positive attitude, and pride in your work that will make the biggest difference.
