Care Support Worker Nuneaton

£13.03 to £13.18 per hour plus holiday pay Full-time hours available

A good care job is about more than the people you support. It’s also about the people you work with.

At Noble Care, we regularly ask our employees about their experience of working here, and this year’s results showed progress across every area we measured.

Job Satisfaction increased by 9.9 percentage points, Recognition increased by 13.4 points, and our Positive Workplace score increased by 21.7 points. Perhaps most encouraging of all, our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), a measure of how likely employees are to recommend their employer, rose from +15 to +52 in just 12 months.

Those results tell us we’re moving in the right direction, but more importantly, they come directly from the people who know Noble Care best: our employees.

We’re now looking for Care Workers to join our residential service in Nuneaton, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

The role

You’ll be supporting people in their own home environment, helping them with everyday routines, encouraging independence, and providing the practical and emotional support they need to live fulfilling lives.

Some days will be busy. Others will be quieter. What stays the same is the importance of the role and the difference good support can make.

You don’t need previous experience in care.

Many of our successful Care Workers have come from backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehousing, education, and other sectors. What matters most is that you’re dependable, respectful, and genuinely interested in supporting others.

What you’ll receive

• £13.03 to £13.18 per hour plus holiday pay • Full induction and paid training • Ongoing learning and development opportunities • Recognised qualifications to support your career progression • Employee wellbeing support • Staff benefits and discount schemes • A stable role within a growing organisation

Why join Noble Care?

Because we’re investing in our people.

The latest survey results show that more employees feel recognised, more employees enjoy coming to work, and more employees would recommend Noble Care as a place to build a career.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful contribution while being part of a team that’s continuing to improve and grow, we’d love to hear from you.
