We’re looking for a passionate, professional Nail Technician to join our growing team at our Broadgate salon.

About the Role

As a Nail Technician, you’ll deliver outstanding treatments while creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, uphold Townhouse’s premium standards, and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after clients, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures to Townhouse standards.
• Carry out gel manicures, BIAB/overlay services, and nail art with confidence.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout every appointment using our “Flawless Five” service standards.
• Recommend suitable retail products and aftercare advice.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and sterilisation standards.
• Keep your station clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive working environment.
• Support salon targets including guest satisfaction, retail sales, and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician (salon experience preferred).
• Confident in: Gel manicures Gel pedicures BIAB/Builder Gel Natural nail care Nail art
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.

Desirable

• E-file experience.
• Experience working in a premium salon.
• Retail sales confidence.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
