We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Salon Manager who is first and foremost an outstanding Nail Technician.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within our luxury salon team. We understand the importance of having a good work-life balance, which is why we operate a flexible rota system, with your schedule provided one month in advance, allowing you to plan ahead and manage your personal commitments with confidence.
This isn’t a desk-based management role. We’re a busy, luxury salon, and we’re looking for someone who loves being on the salon floor, delivering exceptional treatments, supporting their team, and creating unforgettable client experiences while helping to drive the business forward.

The Role
Working closely with the Salon Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the salon and confidently take the lead in their absence, ensuring the team continues to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and a seamless luxury client experience.
You’ll spend your day doing what you love – performing treatments alongside your team while taking ownership of key operational responsibilities, coaching and motivating your colleagues, and helping to drive the salon’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional nail treatments and luxury five-star customer service.
- Leading by example and supporting your team during busy trading periods.
- Supporting the Salon Manager with the day-to-day operation of the salon.
- Confidently leading the salon in the Manager’s absence.
- Assisting with staff scheduling, coaching, training, and development.
- Creating exceptional client experiences and resolving customer queries with professionalism.
- Driving retail sales, service upgrades, bundles, and add-on treatments to maximise salon performance.
- Maintaining stock levels, salon presentation, and the highest operational standards.

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Nail Technology (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a premium salon or spa environment.
- Experience in a Senior Nail Technician, Team Leader, or Supervisory role is highly desirable.
- A confident leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy salon and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for achieving results.
- A positive, professional attitude and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards..
This is a full-time role, ideally working 5 days out of 7 on a flexible rota basis, including weekend days and evenings. Your schedule will be provided one month in advance, giving you visibility and helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
