Are you passionate about creating safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplaces? Morgan Motor Company is looking for a proactive and practical Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to help drive a positive safety culture across our manufacturing and business operations.

Based at our iconic Malvern site and reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and improving health, safety and environmental standards throughout the business. Working closely with managers and operational teams, you will provide expert guidance, conduct workplace inspections, support risk assessments and help ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

This is a hands-on role that requires a visible presence across the business. You will work directly with colleagues at all levels to identify hazards, reduce risks, investigate incidents and promote safe working practices. You will also support environmental initiatives, compliance activities, contractor management and internationally recognised standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

The successful candidate will be an organised and confident communicator with a recognised health and safety qualification, a practical approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for continuous improvement. Experience within a manufacturing, automotive or engineering environment would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Britain’s most distinctive automotive manufacturers and make a meaningful contribution to the safety, wellbeing and sustainability of our people, operations and future success.
