Maintenance Operative

Multi Trader 

Full-Time | Permanent

We are is a well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our growing team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London.

• Pay & Benefits: £17–£19per hour (DOE)

🕐 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
• London-based work (mainly Greater London)

🔧 Requirements:

• Experience in reactive repairs
• Social housing experience (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (manual)
• Own tools required
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
• Other trade skills are a bonus

📋 Responsibilities:

• Attend reactive maintenance jobs
• Accurately record measurements & materials
• Take before/after job photos
• Report back on job progress & issues
• Recommend materials for future work
