We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough on our new state of the art powder coating line. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of products, contributing to our commitment to excellence in production. Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Monitor the coating process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically in powder coating.
• Familiarity with powder coating techniques and equipment.
