Sous Chef

The Mole Inn is reopening after refurbishment, and we’re building a new kitchen team.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join us for our new chapter.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help lead the kitchen team, maintain high food and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth and consistent service.
