We’re looking for dedicated, proactive Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex physical disabilities including PEG feeding, and mental health needs.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting individuals with everyday living, personal care and independence.
• Helping people enjoy activities, hobbies, holidays and community outings.
• Building meaningful relationships and making every day count.
• Supporting individuals with complex health needs, including epilepsy, mobility needs and PEG feeding, where trained and assessed as competent.
• Promoting dignity, choice, safety and wellbeing.
• Working as part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding care.

What we’re looking for

• Full UK driving licence – ESSENTIAL. Must be willing and able to drive for work.
• A positive, compassionate and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
• Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Previous care experience, particularly with complex needs.
