About Us
Ignition Collective is a forward-thinking sports and entertainment marketing agency that does brilliant things, together. We specialise in delivering exceptional marketing and client service solutions, building partnerships that inspire creativity and drive real results across sport, entertainment, and special projects. We’re passionate about igniting ideas and fuelling possibilities, bringing energy, innovation, and impact to everything we do.
The Role
Ignition Collective is entering an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to help us bring great people into the agency. Working as part of the Operations Team, you’ll make recruitment efficient, engaging and well organised, taking ownership from role briefing through to accepted offer and a smooth handover to the HR Manager for onboarding.
You’ll help shape how applicants see Ignition from their very first interaction. As a friendly, reliable point of contact, you’ll make sure every applicant feels welcomed, informed and respected, leaving a positive impression of the company from first contact to final outcome. You’ll keep candidates, hiring managers and external agencies connected, get the details right and anticipate what is needed next.
Agency life is fast-paced, high-performing and reactive. You’ll bring dynamism and initiative, respond quickly to changing priorities and stay calm under pressure. Clear, concise communication in a busy environment is essential, alongside accuracy, discretion and a positive candidate experience.
This is an opportunity to make a visible contribution to our growth. You’ll help hiring managers move quickly and confidently, bring fresh ideas to attracting talent and improve the recruitment journey. Your organisation and personal touch will make the process easier for everyone involved.
