Events Driver

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Events Driver to join our hospitality and catering team in Greater London. This temporary full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth transportation of equipment and staff to various event locations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and supporting our events team in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Transport event equipment and staff to and from various locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a driving role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
