We are looking for a commercially minded Tax Adviser with 3+ years of post-qualified experience (CTA/ACA/ACCA) in a senior advisory capacity.

Providing senior-level, proactive tax advice across all areas affecting OMBs and private clients.
Overseeing complex advisory work including restructuring, employee incentives, share schemes, property structuring, succession/exit planning, and IHT advice (Trusts, Estates & FICs).
Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk.
Supporting and mentoring a growing technical team.
Refining and expanding Gravitate9s tax offering and contributing to group-wide strategy.

• Proven experience advising OMBs across corporate, personal, and shareholder tax matters.
• An entrepreneurial mindset motivated by building long-term value rather than just processing files.
