We’re looking for enthusiastic, eager-to-learn individuals who want to begin their accounting careers in a modern, technology and culture-driven environment.
You don’t need years of experience, just a genuine interest in numbers, a positive attitude, and the drive to develop your skills alongside a supportive team.

We use the latest industry technology to automate our clients’ accounting systems. As an Apprentice Digital Accountant, you’ll get hands-on experience with tools that are shaping the future of accounting.

At Gravitate, your education and study is just as important to us as your contribution in the office.

Support our team in collaborating with business owners to help strip away their financial stress and make their lives easier.
Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and help maintain accurate digital records.
Support clients with Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Digital VAT Returns under the guidance of senior team members.
Learn and use the latest accounting tech, including Xero, FreeAgent, Dext, QuickBooks and Sage, developing skills that will set you up for a long-term career in digital accounting.
You will work towards a recognised accountancy qualification (such as AAT Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll benefit from dedicated study time built into your working week, with full support from the team as you balance on-the-job learning with your studies.

About You

  • A confident team player with a positive attitude and the energy to contribute from day one.
  • Someone who doesn9t do things by halves and takes pride in their work and personal growth.
  • A natural relationship builder who can communicate well with colleagues and clients.
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, and eager to develop analysis skills using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • An interest in using cloud accounting software such as Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks.
  • Committed to delivering great client service and building lasting professional relationships.
  • Ready to commit to 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day) as part of a structured apprenticeship programme.

If you’re interested in joining our team and developing your career in accounting, we9d love to hear from you.
