Dental Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure the dental surgery is clean, sterile, and well-organised, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent patient care, addressing any concerns and ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups to optimise practice efficiency.
• Assist in the management of dental supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Qualifications:

• A recognised qualification in dental nursing (e.g., National Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent).
• Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a dental nurse.
• Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using dental software and technology.
